Mr. White began his career in investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. before joining SAMCO Capital Markets in March of 2026. Mr. White has experience working with a variety of municipal and municipal tangential sectors, including States and State Agencies, Cities, Towns, School Districts, Special Districts, Senior Living, Utilities, Waste-to-Energy, and Public Private Partnerships. Mr. White’s roles have included credit review, structuring strategies, document preparation and review, financial modeling, credit rating and insurance negotiations, and transaction execution through closing. Mr. White graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Government and a minor in Public Policy from Dartmouth College. Mr. White holds FINRA Series 50, 52,and 63 licenses.
