Joey McLiney, Senior Managing Director, has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of municipal finance with clients of every size imaginable. He has experience working with clients in 18 states ranging from the City and Schools of Nome, Alaska to Monroe County Schools in Key West, Florida.

His passion is municipal finance. He also enjoys reading and writing about economics. He is a published writer nationally and internationally, as well as for his local newspaper, the Kansas City Star. He loves participating in all sports, except golf. He is proud to be married to the 2014 Cass County Missouri Demolition Derby winner where he, with their 5 kids, worked as pit crew.

He is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a Municipal Advisor Principal (Series 54), Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), General Securities Principal (Series 24), General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63).
