Mark Keenan

Mark Keenan is a Registered Representative on the fixed income sales team at SAMCO Capital Markets, where he joined in 2025. Prior to SAMCO, Mark served as a Municipal Credit Analyst Intern with The Baker Group LP in Oklahoma City, where he developed his foundation in credit analysis while completing his undergraduate studies.

Mark is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a degree in Economics. He is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and holds a Uniform Securities Agent State Law License (Series 63)

Mark brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong work ethic to client relationships, with a focus on clear communication and responsiveness. He is committed to building long-term partnerships grounded in trust and thoughtful analysis. In his free time he enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to new places.
