Daniel Meyer

Daniel Meyer began his career in 2015 at CHC Development in Fort Worth where he developed medical offices and master-planned communities across DFW. In 2017, Mr. Meyer joined Dallas-based family office, Patterson Thoma, where he underwrote private debt, equity, and fixed-income portfolios. In 2021, Mr. Meyer joined SAMCO Capital Markets and is responsible for underwriting public and private debt offerings for real estate developers and cities across the country. Mr. Meyer graduated with a BBA in Real Estate Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio and holds Series 7, 63, and 50 licenses.
